Lago Cellars Natural Riesling is a rare natural wine. The grapes are hand harvested, hand crushed, and the wines are fermented with no additives: Fresh and alive from the vineyard through to the glass, wholesome and full of natural occurring microbiology.

Natural Riesling is a wine that appeals to those who value precision, elegance, and a true sense of place. Its dry style and natural winemaking approach allow the grape’s inherent acidity, fruit purity, and minerality to shine. Lovely and aromatic, well balanced acidity. Cloudy as a result of no filtration.

What is Natural wine? – Although there is no official definition for natural wines there are certain prerequisites that everyone agrees on. In the Vineyard, farming practices must nut use any chemicals. In the winery, intervention has to be minimal, only natural yeasts used, no adding or taking away things like acid and water, wines should be unfiltered and unrefined (or if any it is very minimal).
